After painting my cabinets I realized how much I disliked the color of the backsplash in our kitchen. I originally wanted to pull the tiles off and start from scratch.. Until my husband had the idea of painting it. Of course! I have painted everything in our home except the dogs!!  So, I cleaned the tile and taped off the cabinets and counter top. I used Valspar paint and primer in the color. I barely had to put two coats on because it had such good coverage. I am truly amazed at how great it looks! It is the perfect shade to compliment our home. This entire makeover cost me around $16 for a quart of paint!!
